Product Manager

  • Define and execute the product roadmap and strategy for the Maxxi Agri Indonesia Platform (2 Web Platform & 2 Mobile Platform), aligning it with the company’s goals and market trends.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, engineers, to deliver high quality products on time
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing, operations, finance teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct user research activities, such as interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and validate product features and enhancements.
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features based on user needs, market trends, and business goals. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Develop go-to market strategies to ensure successful product launches and drive user adoption.
  • Continuosly iterate on the product based on user feedback and market dynamics, driving innovation and improvements to enhance the user experience.

Web Designer

  • Create Hi-Fi design and prototype of a website using Figma, based on a comprehensive content brief to deliver a visually appealing and user-friendly product
  • Develop a variety of websites including landing pages, personal or company profiles, educational & organizational institutions using WordPress and elementor

Product Development

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and analyze market trends to gather insights about marketplace to formulate UVP and define a positioning strategy for IMoneyQ marketplace
